The Story

Ettan founded Help me Fix in 2019 after building and exiting a successful plumbing and heating business.

After working for landlords and property managers delivering repairs daily, Ettan was conscious of the fact that the traditional 'man in a van' method of delivering repairs, was no longer viable due to a global trades shortage, and the high financial and carbon costs of visiting a property. With this in mind, Ettan boot-strapped the build of the company's first video triage software product.

Since its first product launch in 2020, Help me Fix has evolved to include a range of products and services that drive efficiency into the traditional repairs process, improve customer experience and save time and money.
