Our Commitment

Help me Fix is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, including residents, engineers, property managers, and clients with disabilities. We strive to provide a user-friendly experience across our platforms, in accordance with the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018, and conform as closely as possible to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

We believe everyone should have equal access to our products and services. As such, we are actively working to enhance the usability and accessibility of our digital solutions, including:

  • Language and translation support: Real-time AI-driven translation and captioning tools to aid communication across multiple languages.
  • Captions and screen readers: In-call instant captioning is available for better clarity and accessibility.
  • Draw-on-screen functionality: To assist users who may need visual guidance during a triage session.
  • Keyboard navigability and compatibility with common assistive technologies.

AI Transparency & Data Ethics

Our AI-powered tools, including Aidenn, are designed with ethical principles and user privacy at their core:

  • We always ensure transparency to the user about what is produced by the AI.
  • We never use personal, social, or behavioural traits in decision taking of the AI.
  • The AI has access only to the minimum required data to fulfil its task.

Ongoing Improvements

We are continuously reviewing and enhancing our accessibility compliance, including:

  • Regular audits of our platforms
  • Training our product teams in accessible design
  • Gathering feedback from users with lived experiences of disability

Known Limitations

While we aim for full compliance, some older legacy content or third-party integrations may not yet fully meet WCAG standards. We are actively working to identify and correct these areas.
