Understanding Our Credit System

Help me Fix Flex is a perfect choice for organisations that only want to deploy our solution to solve specific problems, such as Damp and Mould or Emergency heating repairs, or for using Help me Fix as a software-only solution with Aidenn or SaaS Video. By choosing Flex over Complete, your pricing is not tied to a property count but to usage. Credits roll over the course of the contract, so you can build them up during quieter periods and draw down on them when you need them most. You can choose to launch Help me Fix as software-only, or divert calls to our engineer network either out of hours, as an overflow for your existing teams, or as a fully outsourced solution based on your needs. All Flex packages include boiler diagnostics powered by FaultFinder at no extra cost.

What are credits?

Credits are a flexible payment system that allow you to use our services based on your needs. You pre-purchase credits on a recurring basis and can deploy them where you need them most.

Credit Pricing

Credits start at £1 each with volume discounts available for larger purchases. There is a minimum commitment of £100 per month.

Usage Rates

Different services require different numbers of credits. This allows you to prioritise services that are most valuable to your business.

Volume Discounts

The more credits you purchase, the lower the price per credit. Discounts start at 200 credits and increase with volume.
