Aidenn is trained using a combination of the latest large language models and a large database of remote repair reports that it uses to accurately diagnose and resolve issues. Aidenn uses a form of embedding to find similar issues and chooses fixes that have previously been successful. Aidenn is also self-teaching, meaning that the more conversations it has, the more successful it becomes.

Aidenn instantly knows relevant information about a property and its surrounding environment such as age, construction material, type of property, number of occupants, EPC data and even the weather at the time of reporting, helping it to accurately diagnose and pre-triage repairs.
